Responsibilities

• Design and lead change strategies using the enterprise CoE framework for major Transformation initiatives.
• Lead change for PLM implementation and related processes across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.
• Engage senior leaders to fulfill sponsorship roles and surface risks early.
• Assess readiness, impacts, and sequencing across programs.
• Develop audience-specific communications and ensure alignment with corporate messaging.
• Oversee targeted training and build internal capability for sustained adoption.
• Define adoption metrics and report on change health for course corrections.
• Collaborate with Change Management CoE to improve enterprise framework.
