Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting for enterprise accounts.
• Proven success supporting enterprise or large-scale client accounts.
• Experience recruiting within IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, or other STEM disciplines.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Highly organized, delivery-focused with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions.
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates aligned to client expectations.
• Execute recruiting strategies across IT, Engineering, and Life Sciences skill sets.
• Maintain strong pipelines of active and passive candidates for current and future demand.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, employment laws, and internal processes.
