Qualifications

• Proven success in enterprise sales or account management in staffing or talent solutions.
• Experience working with large industrial, energy, engineering, manufacturing, or enterprise clients.
• Strong relationship-building with senior stakeholders and a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development across IT, Life Sciences, and Engineering verticals.
• Manage and grow strategic client relationships within the organization.
• Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Identify new opportunities within the account and across Philadelphia-based clients.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure high-touch client engagement.
