Job summary

Instant Impact is seeking an experienced Technology Solutions Director to lead client engagement, solution design, and customer success for an enterprise technology platform. The role emphasizes consulting leadership, adoption, and long-term client value in complex technology initiatives.

Responsibilities include guiding discovery, designing solutions, mentoring a client-facing team, and driving platform adoption while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the Americas.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Technology Solutions, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, or similar client-facing tech roles.
• Experience partnering with enterprise clients in a consultative environment.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on complex initiatives.
• Strong understanding of technology platforms, SaaS, and adoption strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery sessions, workshops, and technology solution design.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders as strategic technology advisor.
• Partner with development teams to define business requirements and support delivery.
• Drive platform adoption, customer success, and ongoing satisfaction.
• Lead technology demonstrations, business reviews, and solution presentations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, innovation, and efficiencies.
• Act as escalation point for technology matters across the Americas region.
• Mentor and lead a client-facing Technology Solutions team.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Commercial, Legal, and Technology teams to ensure project success.
• Track development initiatives and communicate progress to stakeholders.
