Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Technology Solutions, Service Management, Customer Success Management, or a related client-facing technology role.
• Strong consultative experience with enterprise clients and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated understanding of technology solutions and their application across local markets and regional organizations.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in business-friendly language.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationship management within account teams, translating business requirements into technology solutions.
• Develop technology roadmaps, business cases, and solution recommendations for stakeholders.
• Oversee technology discovery sessions, workshops, and client meetings to identify challenges and transformation opportunities.
• Partner with development teams to translate client requirements into development sprints and ensure adoption and value realization.
• Mentor and manage Technology Solutions team to deliver high-quality client-facing support.
