Job summary

SmartBear in Somerville, MA is seeking a Senior Major Account Executive II – Swagger Expansion to drive expansion across its largest enterprise customers and grow Swagger adoption within the SmartBear platform.

You will lead sophisticated, multi-threaded sales cycles, shape account strategy with executive stakeholders, and coordinate Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Legal teams to deliver durable growth and visible business impact.

Qualifications

7+ years of quota-carrying SaaS or enterprise software sales.
Proven expansion of complex enterprise accounts through cross-sell and upsell.
Experience selling to engineering, platform, DevOps, API, QA, or IT leaders.

Responsibilities

Own expansion strategy and commercial outcomes across a portfolio of major enterprise accounts.
Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles with cross-functional teams.
Develop executive-level relationships and translate priorities into business cases.
Create and execute sophisticated account strategies for growth.
Orchestrate sales engineering and product resources to close large opportunities.
Maintain pipeline management and forecasting with independent deal judgments.
