ElevenLabs is seeking a Senior Customer Success professional to own a defined book across Southern Europe. You’ll drive renewals, expansions and cross‑sell while guiding customers through onboarding, enablement, and growth across our platform.

You’ll work with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing to turn technical wins into revenue, managing deployment, usage data, and customer outcomes in a remote‑first environment.

Formación

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or Technical Account Management in B2B SaaS or AI/ML.
• Own a defined Book of Business and drive renewals and expansions.
• Fluent in Spanish, Italian and English; global Southern Europe experience.
• Experience with AI agents, API integrations, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to meet revenue and retention targets.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard, enable, and grow customers across the platform and tools.
• Advise on production deployment, usage, and performance to reduce friction.
• Own commercial outcomes: renewals, cross‑sell, and expansion within a defined book.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing to turn technical wins into revenue.
• Identify expansion opportunities early and drive sustained revenue growth.
