Job summary

Stripe's Enterprise Strategy and Operations team is shaping how large customers scale with Stripe. As a senior member, you will build infrastructure, processes, and operating models to enable growth across global enterprise accounts.

You will partner with product, marketing, sales, and support, drive annual and long-range planning, and lead cross-cutting projects to deliver measurable business impact—while navigating ambiguity and influencing without formal authority.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategy and operations or related roles at technology companies.
• Strong program management skills with end-to-end execution of projects and programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with leaders across teams.
• Ability to thrive in influence without authority environments and ambiguity.
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, marketing, sales, and support.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-cutting strategy projects and collaborate with teams to implement changes.
• Partner with multiple stakeholders across Enterprise and other Stripe teams to align on optimal solutions for Stripe and users.
• Partner directly with senior leaders to accelerate progress, develop operating models, and incubate programs.
• Establish new operating models with cross-functional teams, focusing on roadmap development and alignment.
• Coordinate annual and long-range planning across teams contributing to Enterprise and ensure cohesive planning.
• Drive projects, timelines, and commitments on internal projects and customer deliverables.
