• Handle sourcing, interviewing, and closing for the team.
• Maintain portfolio visibility on active engagements and escalate early to executives.
• Develop repeatable engagement models, pilot structures, and enablement for scaling.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to drive platform adoption in large organizations.
