Job summary

SupportFinity™ seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer for East Coast remote engagement. You will partner with Enterprise sales, lead technical discovery, and guide evaluations to validate n8n in complex environments.

Responsibilities include end‑to‑end POCs, tailored demos, and enabling enterprise customers across IT, Security, and Platform teams. Strong API, OAuth, and scripting skills in JavaScript/Python are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a technical pre‑sales or Sales Engineering role, Enterprise focus.
• Clear ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Understanding of sales processes and translating customer needs into scalable solutions.
• Strong relationships with IT, Security, and Platform stakeholders.
• Hands‑on experience with API integrations, OAuth, and scripting in JavaScript or Python.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise discovery calls, tailored demos, and enterprise‑grade POCs.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to assess technical fit and shape deal strategy.
• Own end‑to‑end Enterprise POCs from scoping to hands‑on guidance.
• Help customers validate n8n in real‑world conditions and capture learnings.
• Build relationships with IT, Security, Platform, and Engineering teams.
• Explain security, deployment, governance, and scale for adoption planning.
• Contribute to enablement materials and improve enterprise sales motions.
• Provide feedback from customers to Product and Engineering.
