Job summary

Middesk is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to win the technical aspect of Middesk's largest and most complex opportunities with banks, fintechs, and other regulated institutions. You will map evaluation committees, design integration architectures, and lead security and vendor risk reviews to secure enterprise deals.

You will translate enterprise requirements into roadmap input, mentor the Solutions Engineering team, and ensure clean handoffs to post-sales.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a pre-sales or customer-facing technical role, with enterprise focus.
• Proven wins with large financial institutions or regulated enterprises.
• Experience selling or supporting B2B SaaS with API-first or data-centric integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical win on enterprise deals with cross-functional teams.
• Design and run structured evaluations with defined success criteria.
• Create enterprise integration architectures for high-volume environments.
• Build the business case for executive sponsors and stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth handoffs to post-sales with documented designs.
• Synthesize enterprise requirements to inform roadmap and strategy.
• Mentor other SEs and develop reusable assets for the team.
