• 7+ years of customer-facing experience in a SaaS or technology company.
• 5+ years of technical experience in enterprise environments preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional groups to meet critical goals.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate project management for solution scoping and implementations, including kick-off calls and stakeholder coordination.
• Lead integrations between Loop and client systems (TMS/ERP) with input from Integrations Engineer.
• Perform tailored product demos and act as a product expert in pre-sales conversations.
• Scope use cases to Loop's product & roadmap; inform cost structure for proposals.
• Oversee go-live, training, and post-implementation handoff to ensure success.
