Job summary

Loop is seeking an Enterprise Solution Consultant to collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Implementation to help provide clients with a seamless technical close and replatforming experience.

This role is an individual contributor (IC) and is responsible for complex technical problem solving and commercial acumen, serving as a key point of contact for client implementations, designing/configuring data orchestration, and translating processes between the client's

Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer-facing experience within a SaaS or technology company environment.
• 5+ years of technical experience

Responsibilities

• Facilitate project management for solution scoping and implementations, coordinating with internal stakeholders to develop integration solutions across systems.
• Lead product demos and tailor them to prospect use cases; scope use cases to Loop's product and roadmap.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to inform cost structure for client proposals; conduct weekly status meetings with clients; manage go-live and handoff to success teams.
