Job summary

Anaplan is seeking a highly experienced Solution Consultant to join our presales team supporting large enterprise customers. You will collaborate with sales, domain specialists, and product teams, guiding technical strategy and delivering compelling demos and POVs grounded in FP&A and planning expertise.

You will lead discovery, build tailored demos, run POC workshops, and help shape product direction with customer insights, working in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German is required for this role.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise planning processes (e.g., FP&A, Supply Chain, Workforce) in a presales/solution consulting role.
• Experience collaborating with account executives and owning the technical sales process.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives on the technical strategy and sales process for accounts in your territory.
• Be the technical solution expert across platform capabilities, including AI, data modelling and planning applications.
• Lead discovery sessions to uncover critical business needs beyond features.
• Design and deliver tailored, narrative-driven demos addressing customer pain points.
• Execute proof-of-concept workshops to prove value in the customer context.
• Voice of the customer to product management teams to shape the platform's future.
• Coordinate and align specialist and product teams for multi-product opportunities.
• Develop a multi-year technology vision and roadmap with customers.
