Job summary

PagerDuty seeks a Principal Solutions Consultant to lead strategic engagement with CTOs, CIOs, and VPs of Engineering across the US. This role serves as the technical face of PagerDuty, bridging customer needs with product roadmaps while evangelizing the PagerDuty Operations Cloud.

You will mentor sales teams, advise C-level executives on AIOps, SRE maturity, digital transformation, and cloud migration. Travel across the US is required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technical leadership, solutions architecture, or product management within SaaS/DevOps/Cloud spaces.
• Proven track record of engaging with and influencing C-level executives at Fortune 500 or equivalent global enterprises.
• Proven ability to support and influence sales cycles with an understanding of sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as peer and advisor to customer CTOs/CIOs, helping navigate digital transformations and deploying PagerDuty Ops Cloud.
• Represent PagerDuty as a thought leader at industry events and in digital content.
