Job summary

PagerDuty seeks a Principal Solutions Consultant to join our US-based team, bridging Sales, Product, and Engineering. You will be the technical face of PagerDuty across the US region, partnering with CTOs, CIOs, and VPs of Engineering to redefine digital operations, resilience, and automation.

You will evangelize the PagerDuty Operations Cloud, mentor technical sales teams, and advise executives on AIOps, SRE maturity, and cloud migration, while helping customers achieve measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technical leadership, solutions architecture, or product management in SaaS, DevOps, or Cloud infra.
• Proven track record of engaging with and influencing C-level executives at large enterprises.
• Supports and influences sales cycles with a strong understanding of customer buying journeys.
• Deep domain expertise in at least three: Incident Management, SRE, AIOps, Cloud Native, ITSM/ITIL, or Cybersecurity Incident Response.
• Excellent public speaking and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel across the US and occasionally overseas.

Responsibilities

• Advise C-suite on digital transformations and operationalizing PagerDuty in large enterprises.
• Represent PagerDuty as a thought leader at events and in digital content.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to reflect US market needs in roadmaps.
• Provide architectural oversight for complex enterprise opportunities across the US.
• Foster a DevOps/SRE community and share best practices on resilience and AI in operations.
