Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect Leader to grow and lead a team serving our largest Enterprise customers. You will coach Architects, partner with sales, and drive AWS-based architectures that deliver business outcomes.

You will work with senior technical executives, shape customer architectures, and influence product direction while modeling AWS leadership principles through your team and external publications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer facing resources or equivalent experience.
• Experience architecting/operating solutions built on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, etc).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Solutions Architects serving large Enterprise customers.
• Partner with sales and service teams to design and deliver AWS-based solutions.
• Hire, onboard, and coach Architects including Principal Solutions Architects.
• Develop executive-level relationships with customers' technical leaders and decision makers.
