Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking a Lead MarTech & AI Solutions Architect to own end-to-end marketing data architecture. You will embed AI and automation into the intake-to-conversion journey and design a centralized marketing hub spanning budgeting, planning, and campaign execution.

You will lead AI-enabled capabilities, ensure robust integration across major systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, data-driven marketing solutions with high ownership and visibility.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in MarTech with ownership of enterprise-scale architecture.
• Hands-on experience designing and building AI-powered marketing capabilities, from generative AI to automated scoring.
• Deep experience architecting HubSpot, Salesforce, and in-house systems at scale.
• Strong understanding of marketing budgeting, planning cycles, and ROI measurement.
• Experience building scalable integrations across marketing systems via APIs and middleware.
• Proven track record contributing to vendor evaluation and platform implementation.
• Cross-functional partner who translates requirements into system architecture.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered marketing capabilities into systems, including generative AI and predictive scoring.
• Own the integration architecture across HubSpot, Salesforce, and other marketing tools.
• Build a centralized marketing hub covering budget, planning, execution, and ROI feedback.
• Collaborate with Lifecycle, Marketing Analytics, Sales Ops, and tech teams to align architecture with business needs.
• Perform architecture reviews and advise on technical trade-offs across systems.
• Turn performance insights into faster planning cycles and improved ROI.
• Ensure data quality and governance across the marketing data journey.
