Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Project Manager to define and execute delivery for the ARIA platform, focusing on employee-facing AI, automation, and integration tools.

You will partner with Engineering, IT, People, and Business Operations to ship scalable AI-powered workflows across Finance, HR, and Sales, driving adoption and measurable impact.

Reporting to the Director of AI and App Engineering, you will own metrics, governance, risk, and budget as Klaviyo scales its automation capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in enterprise software delivery.
• Proven track record delivering automation or integration projects.
• Experience managing AI/ML capabilities and tooling.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, IT, People, and Operations.
• Ability to translate complex needs into clear requirements and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own the project lifecycle management and program execution for the ARIA platform.
• Build and scale employee-facing automation workflows using AI and APIs.
• Drive AI-powered integrations across HRIS, ticketing, messaging, and knowledge management.
• Partner with IT and Business Operations to deliver practical solutions.
• Champion AI adoption with change management, enablement, and governance.
• Define and track metrics for adoption, time saved, and business impact.
• Collaborate with Security and Compliance to meet privacy standards.
• Evaluate new AI vendors and platforms and balance speed, cost, and control.
• Serve as internal project lead for employee-facing automation across teams.
• Plan the 2–3 year roadmap aligning stakeholders and investments.
