Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Solution Architect to lead customer engagements for Intelligence Center X and related software offerings. You will translate business needs into secure, scalable architectures and drive end-to-end delivery across applications, data, AI, and integrations.

In this role, you will guide architecture governance, supervise cross-functional delivery teams, and ensure alignment with customer outcomes while mentoring junior staff and supporting presales and pursuit activities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise software or digital transformation solutions.
• Ability to lead solution definition through build, integration, testing, deployment, and transition.
• Strong architecture skills across applications, data, integrations, workflows, security, and non-functional requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel and work across customer locations and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery workshops to understand customer processes, outcomes, users, data, systems, constraints, and measures of success.
• Define end-to-end architecture across Siemens and customer capabilities, including applications, data, integrations, AI, workflow, identity, security, and operational considerations.
• Own the technical integrity and coherence of the complete solution, including components delivered by Siemens, customers, partners, and distributed teams.
• Coordinate technical activities across build, integration, data migration, testing, deployment, and transition.
• Lead technical triage and root‑cause analysis for complex cross‑product or cross‑domain issues, ensuring decisions and corrective actions are documented.
• Support release readiness, cutover planning, hypercare, and knowledge transfer from an architecture perspective.
