Job summary

Siemens is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead customer engagements for Intelligence Center X and related offerings, translating business needs into secure, scalable architectures. Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise software or digital transformation solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead solution definition through build, integration, testing, deployment, and transition.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery workshops to understand customer processes, business outcomes, users, data, systems, constraints, and measures of success.
• Partner with Engagement Manager, Sales, Presales, and stakeholders to convert value hypotheses into an executable solution approach.
• Define end-to-end architecture across Siemens capabilities and customer systems, including data, AI, and security.
• Establish architecture vision, principles, decisions, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify standard vs. custom components and ensure maintainability and upgradeability.
• Create solution-definition deliverables for estimation, planning, build, testing, deployment, and support.
• Own technical integrity across components delivered by Siemens, customers, and partners.
• Govern architecture documents, specifications, and data models with traceable decisions.
• Define non-functional requirements for security, performance, scalability, and availability.
• Lead design reviews and ensure alignment with architecture and outcomes.
• Manage technical debt and changes with proper approvals.
• Maintain traceability from requirements to implementation across releases.
• Ensure architecture supports sustainable operations and reuse.
• Coordinate technical activities across build, data migration, testing, and deployment.
• Lead triage and root-cause analysis for cross-product issues.
• Support release readiness and knowledge transfer.
