Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Solution Architect to lead customer engagements for Intelligence Center X and related offerings. You will translate business needs into secure, scalable architectures and govern end-to-end delivery across teams and partners.

Success requires hands-on architecture leadership, clear communication with customers, and the ability to orchestrate applications, data, AI, and workflows into repeatable, maintainable solutions for complex industries.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise software or digital transformation solutions.
• Ability to lead solution definition through build, integration, testing, deployment, and transition.
• Strong architecture skills across applications, data, integrations, workflows, security, and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business processes and desired outcomes into clear solution designs, implementation guidance, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience governing technical scope, design decisions, risks, dependencies, and change across customer, partner, and distributed delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery workshops and define end-to-end architecture.
• Govern architecture documents, specifications, interface designs, data models, and implementation guidance.
• Provide day-to-day technical direction to consultants, developers, data and AI specialists, integration resources, QA teams, and partners.
• Coordinate technical activities across build, integration, data migration, testing, deployment, and transition to operations.
• Lead design reviews, manage technical debt, and ensure alignment with approved architecture and customer outcomes.
