Job summary

Siemens Intelligence Center X seeks a Solution Architect to lead customer engagements, translating business needs into secure, scalable architectures across ICX, SLC, Mendix, and related Siemens offerings. You will drive discovery through design, build, integration, validation, deployment, and transition, ensuring architectural integrity and alignment with outcomes for complex industries.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise software or digital transformation solutions.
• Ability to translate business processes and desired outcomes into clear solution designs and acceptance criteria.
• Experience governing scope, design decisions, risks, dependencies, and change across customer and distributed teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel and work across customer locations/time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery workshops to understand customer processes, outcomes, users, data, systems, constraints, and measures of success.
• Define end-to-end architecture across relevant Siemens capabilities including applications, data, integrations, AI, workflow, security, and operations.
• Govern the integrity of the complete solution and align delivery around architectural decisions and customer outcomes.
• Provide day-to-day technical direction to consultants, data and AI specialists, developers, and partners.
• Coordinate activities across build, data migration, testing, deployment, and transition to operations.
• Lead design reviews, manage technical debt, and ensure solutions meet quality expectations.
