Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering enterprise software or digital transformation solutions.
• Ability to lead solution definition through build, integration, testing, deployment, and transition.
• Strong architecture skills across applications, data, integrations, workflows, security, and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business processes into clear solution designs, guidance, and acceptance criteria.
• Governance of technical scope, design decisions, risks, dependencies, and change across customer, partner, and distributed teams.
• Excellent workshop facilitation, presentation, and executive-level technical storytelling skills.
• Willingness to travel across customer locations and time zones as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution definition from discovery through design, build, integration, validation, deployment, and transition.
• Own the technical integrity and coherence of the complete solution across Siemens, customers, partners, and distributed teams.
• Provide day-to-day technical direction to consultants, developers, and data/AI specialists.
• Coordinate technical activities across build, data migration, testing, deployment, and transition to operations.
• Mentor teams in architecture methods, documentation, and customer communication.
• Represent Siemens with integrity and comply with all requirements.
