Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Solution Architect to lead customer engagements for Intelligence Center X and related offerings. You will translate business needs into secure, scalable architectures, govern design decisions, and coordinate cross-functional teams across delivery phases.

The role demands hands-on architecture leadership, strong communication with customers, and governance of non-functional requirements, risks, and dependencies. Travel to customer sites is expected as required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise software or digital transformation solutions.
• Ability to lead solution definition through build, integration, testing, deployment, and transition.
• Strong architecture skills across applications, data, integrations, workflows, security, and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business processes into clear solution designs, implementation guidance, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience governing technical scope, risks, dependencies, and change across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to understand customer processes, data, and success metrics.
• Define end-to-end architecture across applications, data, AI, security, and operations.
• Provide day-to-day technical direction to consultants, developers, and QA teams.
• Coordinate activities across build, integration, data migration, testing, and deployment.
• Manage technical debt and document decisions, risks, and mitigations.
• Support pursuit shaping, proposals, and delivery plans.
