Job summary

The Solution Architect leads Siemens Professional Services customer engagements, spanning ICX, SLC, Mendix, and other DI Software offerings, translating business needs into secure, scalable architectures. This role drives architecture governance, design decisions, and cross-team collaboration to ensure reliable, high-impact outcomes for complex enterprise environments.

You will mentor teams, facilitate workshops, and communicate progress to executives to ensure aligned delivery across time zones

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise software or digital transformation solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead solution definition through build, integration, testing, deployment, and transition.
• Strong architecture skills across applications, data, integrations, workflows, security, and non-functional requirements.
• Excellent workshop facilitation, presentation, written communication, and executive-level technical storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery workshops to understand processes, data, and success measures.
• Define end-to-end architecture across applications, data, AI, and security.
• Own technical integrity of the complete solution across Siemens and customer teams.
• Coordinate activities across build, integration, data migration, testing, and deployment.
