Job summary

Asana is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to lead complex enterprise engagements from pre-sales scoping through delivery and handoff. You will design scalable, API-driven solutions on the Asana platform, advise customer engineering teams, and collaborate with AEs, SEs, and Customer Success Managers to move deals forward and ensure successful outcomes.

The role is based in Dublin with a hybrid office schedule.

Qualifications

8+ years in customer-facing technical roles, owning complex enterprise engagements end-to-end.
5+ years of hands-on programming (Python or Node.js) with REST APIs and integration architecture.
Experience spanning pre-sales and post-sales roles; comfortable scoping, pricing, and delivery.
Familiar with AI tools to accelerate development and design.
Systems thinker who designs for scale and tomorrow's needs.
Executive-ready communicator and self-directed in global delivery contexts.

Responsibilities

Own the technical strategy for each engagement from scoping to delivery.
Design and deliver scalable solutions that integrate Asana with enterprise ecosystems.
Lead post-sales delivery, write/review code, and ensure customer value.
Coordinate with Implementation Managers to maintain momentum and quality.
Align regional work with global Technical Services standards and playbooks.
