Job summary
Jefferson Health is seeking an experienced Lead Enterprise Integration Architect to design and implement large-scale integration solutions. You will provide technical leadership and mentorship, review designs for scalability and security, and drive best practices across integration efforts.
You will partner with IT and business stakeholders to optimize workflows, enable interoperability, and ensure adherence to architecture standards while guiding implementation planning and testing to achieve
Qualifications
- 7+ years direct applications build, implementation and support experience.
- 7+ years progressive experience in Information Services or healthcare operations.
- EPIC Certification
- Experience in large-scale healthcare IT deployments
- Strong project management and vendor coordination skills
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and implementation of complex integration components across large-scale systems.
- Drive testing strategies, including test plans, automation, and defect management.
- Establish and govern best practices for integration design, documentation, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with IT, business, and governance teams to ensure standards and compliance.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
