Job summary

Jefferson Health Plans seeks a strategic leader to drive enterprise EHR and clinical application initiatives. You will align IT strategy with clinical goals, enhance provider experience, and improve patient outcomes across the health system.

You will partner with senior leaders to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, govern configuration and integration, and manage vendor relationships and budgets to support regulatory compliance and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 7 years implementation and support experience.
• Progressive experience in Information Services or healthcare operations.
• Experience with large-scale implementations/upgrades.
• Project resource and budget management.
• Experience in a large hospital/IDN IT environment.
• Program/Large project management.
• Implementation/upgrade facilitation.
• Systems architecture planning, development and implementation.
• Technical collaboration (interfaces, hardware, reporting).
• Team leadership and mentoring.
• On-call/DR/BC triage experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic leadership for design, development, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise EHR and related clinical applications.
• Defines requirements with senior leaders and prioritizes initiatives to drive adoption and regulatory compliance.
• Oversees governance for configuration, optimization, and integration to ensure scalability and interoperability.
• Leads planning, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of applications; manages vendor relationships, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Champions innovation and operational efficiency through technology and cross-functional collaboration.
