Job summary
Jefferson Health is seeking a proven technology leader to shape and deliver best-in-class software engineering strategy with IS&T partners. You will lead architecture and engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure, high-quality digital solutions aligned with clinical, operational and business goals.
You will recruit and mentor engineers, collaborate with UX/UI, product, and clinical leaders, and govern governance, analytics, risk, and roadmaps to drive measurable outcomes enterprise-wide.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's level degree in CS/SE/IS or related field.
- 7+ years in software engineering and technical leadership in large-scale organizations.
- 5+ years managing teams of software engineers or technical contributors.
- Experience with enterprise software platforms, cloud-native architectures, and governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, definition, and execution of software engineering vision for digital platforms.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers and managers.
- Partner with UX/UI, product, IS&T, clinical and operational leaders to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
- Govern software architecture, security, reliability, and governance across platforms.
