Salt River Project (SRP) hires a Senior Manager, Enterprise Service Management & ServiceNow in Tempe, AZ. You will lead the vision, multi-year strategy, and investment portfolio for the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, Service Mapping, HRSD, and AI-enabled workflows.

You will partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into roadmaps, financial plans, and measurable outcomes, while guiding governance, architecture alignment, and cross-functional delivery in a hybrid workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant leadership experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms.
• Strong financial acumen and governance skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into platform strategy and roadmaps.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive a 3–5 year strategy for enterprise service management.
• Lead portfolio governance, business cases, and benefits realization.
• Oversee design, implementation, and support of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HRSD.
• Lead organizational change and adoption of new platform capabilities.
