Job summary

Yubico is seeking a dynamic Account Director to join our expanding enterprise sales team. You will drive revenue growth across top accounts, hunt for new opportunities, and expand relationships with strategic customers, including collaboration with partners and SI’s.

You will report to the VP of Sales and help shape our global mission to secure the internet. We offer a comprehensive US benefits package including health coverage, retirement plan, wellness reimbursement, and a yearly development

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise markets and cybersecurity concepts.
• Ability to engage with CTO/CIO level executives and sell through partners and SI’s.
• Proven track record of overachievement in both direct and partner sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic and tactical business plans to drive revenue and large-scale adoption within named accounts.
• Own the revenue number for your area through new customer acquisition and expansion of installed base.
• Land new strategic relationships and provide thought leadership at industry events when available.
• Partner with Channel Managers for re-sale of Yubico solutions.
• Develop champions who actively advocate for Yubico.
• Collaborate with BDR and Customer Success for the customer lifecycle management and ensure outstanding experience.
