Job summary

Yubico is seeking a talented Pre-Sales / Solutions Engineer to join our security revolution in the United States. You will establish technical credibility with prospects, collaborate with sales and partners, and shape how customers realize value from YubiKey and related solutions.

The role requires 4–5+ years in technical customer-facing positions, deep knowledge of security technologies, and excellent communication. You can work remotely or in a hybrid/onsite setup as part of a global team.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years in roles requiring direct technical customer interaction (Solutions Engineering or Pre-sales).
• Experience configuring and installing enterprise tech across Windows, Mac and Linux.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish yourself as a resident subject matter expert on Yubico’s products and ecosystem.
• Strategize with sales reps to help achieve target sales quotas.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and establish technical credibility to help advance deals.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and look for opportunities to expand their product usage and improve security posture.
• Build and deliver PoCs, deployment planning, and technical consulting engagements.
• Communicate with engineering and marketing on evolving customer requirements.
• Assist with solutions development to expand to new target markets and industries.
• Improve the customer’s experience through conferences, workshops, and written documentation.
• Support rapid, unpredictable nature of a young company; work with customers remotely or in person.
