Qualifications

• 10+ years of Energy-as-a-Service sales experience.
• Experience leading enterprise sales teams and closing complex transactions.
• Strong finance and analytical skills with deal economics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Executives responsible for originating and closing complex enterprise transactions.
• Own team revenue, bookings, pipeline generation, and forecasting metrics.
• Establish a culture of accountability and high performance focused on exceeding sales targets.
