Job summary

ABM US is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development to own enterprise deals from discovery to close in a fully remote role. You will leverage a warmed pipeline with major brands, turning opportunities into signed contracts while guiding the business through complex multi-stakeholder negotiations.

Backed by a profitable, founder-led agency, you’ll earn a base salary of $160K–$195K with uncapped commissions, aiming at total earnings of $270K–$325K.

Qualifications

• Track record of closing complex, recurring-revenue deals.
• Experience with full-funnel performance marketing.
• Ability to translate technical work into a commercial story for CMOs.
• Self-directed, remote-work capable.
• NYC-based candidates strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end pursuit for enterprise opportunities.
• Convert opportunities from discovery to close in a warm pipeline.
• Collaborate with partnerships engine and marketing to close deals.
• Lead path to building a team of 5–10 within 2–3 years.
