Job summary

Esquire Deposition Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue and grow enterprise accounts in a remote-based role. You will partner with top law firms and corporate legal teams, managing a full sales cycle from outreach to renewal.

With 5+ years in B2B or professional services sales, you will lead strategic discussions, forecast pipelines, and expand market share while earning uncapped commissions and a strong OTE in a client-first culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B or professional services sales experience.
• Legal industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; consultative selling approach.
• Self-directed, organized, and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth across assigned law firms and ZBFs.
• Prospect, penetrate, and expand key accounts.
• Run full-cycle sales from outreach to discovery, proposal, close, and renewal.
• Lead consultative conversations to uncover client challenges and tailor deposition solutions.
• Forecast accurately and manage pipeline using Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Lead QBRs and strategic business reviews for enterprise accounts.
• Develop recovery plans for underperforming accounts.
• Represent Esquire at industry events and networking engagements.
