Job summary

Esquire Deposition Solutions LLC is seeking a Sales Executive to grow revenue by engaging law firms and managing an assigned book of business. You will use consultative selling to match Esquire’s deposition solutions to client needs, build lasting relationships, and drive opportunities through Salesforce and NetSuite, including demos and cross-functional collaboration.

You’ll operate in a hybrid inside-sales environment with travel to client sites or events, focusing on delivering measurable

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in legal, B2B, or professional services environments.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or NetSuite is valued.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue within an assigned book of business and through outreach to zero-based firms (ZBFs).
• Identify client needs and align Esquire’s solutions through consultative selling.
• Execute on the sales strategy aligned to pillars: HVTs, ZBFs, Land and Expand, Enterprise Law Firms, and Enterprise Corporate Clients.
• Manage opportunities, forecast pipeline, and document sales activity using Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Deliver client presentations and product demos highlighting Esquire’s value proposition.
