Job summary

HITRUST in the United States seeks a Senior Account Executive to lead a large enterprise territory, manage complex deals, and partner with Customer Success to drive adoption. You will build executive-level relationships with CISOs and risk leaders, articulate business outcomes, and orchestrate cross-functional resources to close high-value opportunities.

Travel ~40% to maintain on-site presence and deliver measurable risk reduction.

Qualifications

Deep understanding of TPRM, GRC, and cybersecurity programs.
Ability to converse with CISOs, CROs, and enterprise risk leaders at executive level.
Proven enterprise sales success and territory management skills.
Excellent executive communication and relationship-building abilities.
Highly organized, self-directed, and accountable.

Responsibilities

Manage a 100+ account territory with prioritization.
Drive multiple high-complexity enterprise deals for Fortune 500/Global 5000 clients.
Develop executive relationships with CISOs, CROs, and procurement leaders.
Position HITRUST solutions around business outcomes such as risk reduction and audit defensibility.
Coordinate cross-functional resources to progress deals using Marketing, Success, and Sales teams.
Integrate Customer Success throughout the sales cycle for seamless delivery.
Maintain pipeline discipline, forecast accuracy, and execution rigor.
Maintain on-site presence with ~40% travel to strengthen partnerships.
