Job summary

  • Maintain pipeline discipline, forecast accuracy, and execution rigor.
  • Maintain on-site presence with ~40% travel to strengthen partnerships.

Job description

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive with strong domain credibility in enterprise sales who can effectively manage a large territory, navigate multiple complex deals, and orchestrate cross-functional execution—particularly in partnership with Customer Success—while earning the trust of CISOs and enterprise risk leaders.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage a territory of 100+ accounts by effectively segmenting and prioritizing opportunities.
  • Drive simultaneous, high-complexity enterprise sales initiatives for Fortune 500 and Global 5000 clients, focusing on large-scale account penetration and enterprise-wide solution adoption.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with CISOs, CROs, TPRM leaders, procurement teams, and compliance stakeholders.
  • Position HITRUST solutions around business outcomes including vendor risk reduction, audit defensibility, and operational efficiency.
  • Spearhead cross-functional resource alignment to drive deal progression, effectively utilizing Marketing, Success, and Sales expertise to close high-value business.
  • Strategically integrate Customer Success throughout the sales cycle to ensure seamless alignment between pre-sale commitments and post-sale delivery.
  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and execution rigor.
  • Leverage consistent on-site presence (approx. 40% travel) to strengthen partnerships, drive account penetration, and ensure long-term customer alignment.
Required Qualifications:

Required Experience:
  • Proven experience managing multiple complex enterprise deals simultaneously.
  • Experience navigating long and complex buying cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Track record of accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management.
  • Experience working collaboratively with Customer Success and other internal stakeholders.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in cybersecurity assurance, compliance, or third-party risk management industries.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
