Job summary

Proof is hiring an Enterprise Account Manager to own the post-contract relationship for Creditors' Rights accounts. You will onboard, ramp, retain, and grow accounts, with new logos assigned throughout the year.

You will manage multiple states, audit programs, and vendor SLAs while ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction. You will collaborate with the Solutions Architect and Sales to ensure successful delivery, monitor health metrics, and escalate risks early.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management or client services experience in a B2B environment.
• Strong organizational discipline and CRM upkeep.
• Clear, direct communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive mindset to surface and resolve issues before crises.
• Comfort with operating complexity including billing, SLA adherence, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding of Creditors' Rights accounts after contract signing.
• Define footprint, plaintiff client mix, reporting requirements, and ramp milestones within 30 days.
• Maintain regular account health reviews and QBRs for enterprise accounts.
• Identify and develop expansion opportunities within existing books and negotiate expanded scope.
• Manage renewal conversations and drive retention and growth.
• Develop deep knowledge of the Proof platform and end-to-end service workflow.
