Job summary

Infoblox is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer for the NY Metro Enterprise Pre-Sales Team. You will partner with field sales to remove barriers in the sales process, designing solutions and delivering demos and POCs that position Infoblox for future opportunities.

The role requires a strong networking and security background, plus experience in AI-enabled selling and customer-facing technical presentations. Travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years supporting technical sales of Enterprise accounts or 5+ years of engineering or operations networking
• 5+ years of networking technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls
• Strong knowledge of security best practices and at least one security product
• CCSP/CISSP/CASP+/CySA+ CEH are a plus
• Familiar with AI platforms and ecosystems like Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, or AWS AI/ML services

Responsibilities

• Build business cases and technical differentiation in sales opportunities
• Develop pre-sales content—presentations, demos, webinars for audiences
• Design solutions and diagrams to show how Infoblox solutions integrate with other vendors
• Educate partner technical sales teams on Infoblox technologies
• Collaborate with account managers and support the team in core areas
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts to expand Infoblox solutions
