Job summary
Cribl is seeking a Senior Sales Director to lead a geographically aligned Enterprise sales team, driving top-line growth through new logo acquisition and account expansion. This remote-first role reports to the VP of Enterprise Sales and requires managing 5 Enterprise Sales Leaders across a defined geography.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of leading Enterprise sales leaders.
- Track record of overachievement annually.
- Experience selling through security channel partners.
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles.
- SAAS sales in cloud, logs, IT ops and security.
- Experience selling large deals to large enterprises (Fortune 1000).
Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop and lead a team of 5 Enterprise Sales Leaders across a specific geography
- Building a sales team and the future sales leaders of Cribl
- Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals
- Manage and maintain sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing
- You will be part of a proven leadership team and play a key role in developing the GTM. Reporting to the VP of Enterprise Sales
- We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones – you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours
