Coralogix is seeking a Sr. Director, Enterprise Sales to lead a high-impact team across key US markets. The role focuses on understanding customer problems and delivering our observability platform to executives and technical leaders.

You will mentor a field sales team, build strategic plans, and drive pipeline through cross-functional collaboration. Hybrid work in SF, Dallas, or Boston is supported, with strong earnings potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading an enterprise sales team of 5+ members.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
• Proven ability to generate pipeline and close strategic deals.
• Experience communicating with CTOs, CIOs and VP/Director level.
• Willingness to travel within the US for prospects/events.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies for the West Region of the US with executive leadership.
• Act as player/coach to drive technology and business stakeholder engagement and pipeline.
• Deliver clear messaging and presentations showing platform value and business impact.
