Job summary

Dayshape is expanding its US professional services team and seeks a senior consultant to drive complex SaaS implementations for enterprise customers. You will lead scoping workshops, map processes, and configure Dayshape to align with large client needs.

You will mentor teammates, influence rollout methodology, and contribute to Statements of Work. Travel to customer sites will be required as projects progress, with a fast-moving, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a similar role involving consultative SaaS implementations.
• Must have previous experience as a Dayshape user.
• Significant experience with large global enterprises in professional services, media, or IT.
• Hands-on configuring complex software solutions and designing CRM/ERP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with senior stakeholders and technical teams to map current and future processes.
• Identify gaps, document requirements, design solutions, and ensure delivery.
• Translate business needs into configuration and data specifications.
• Conduct cost–benefit analyses and present demos to customers.
• Design complex workflows tailored for each enterprise client.
• Run large onsite UAT sessions and manage issue trackers with product input.
• Deliver customer training and train-the-trainer sessions.
• Work with large, complex data sets and travel to customer sites as needed.
