Dayshape seeks an Application Support Engineer to support enterprise customers across the United States. You’ll partner with Support, Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services to resolve complex issues and maximize customer value.

This is a US-based, remote role with occasional collaboration and travel for onsite visits as needed. You’ll be a product expert, technical investigator, and customer advocate, owning issues from investigation to resolution while contributing to

Qualifications

• Experience in L3 Application/Technical/Product Support for external customers.
• Ability to investigate complex issues independently and explain technical concepts clearly.
• Background in enterprise software and long-term customer relationships.
• Ownership mindset with proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and troubleshoot complex customer issues, analysing logs, data, and product behavior to identify root causes.
• Own support cases, drive incidents to resolution, and coordinate with Engineering for code changes.
• Create high-quality Jira tickets with clear information for engineers.
• Resolve customer issues with fixes, configs, or workarounds without development work.
• Prioritize and manage work across customer impact and risk.
• Build product expertise and share knowledge with customers and colleagues.
