Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven SaaS sales experience.
• Experience in UCaaS/CCaaS or related industries is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated consultative and solution-based selling with complex sales cycles.
• Experience selling at the C-level.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Collaborates effectively with global teams and drives cross-functional initiatives.
• Efficient time management and calendar discipline.
• Solid technical acumen to translate product strengths into business value.
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Hit quarterly/annual quotas.
• Develop a comprehensive plan for achieving assigned quotas, including Territory and Close/Win Planning.
• Understand ICP and buyer personas in your region and tailor outreach.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients with insights and solutions.
• Maintain planning tools to support cross-functional deal reviews with executives.
• Forecast opportunities with a clear 10% +/- margin by week 8.
• Address competitor advantages and navigate negotiations to close deals.
• Execute campaigns and reach outbound targets with high-quality leads.
