Job summary

Cyara is the global leader in AI-powered customer experience assurance and is seeking a high-performing Salesperson to join in the UK. You will sell complex AI-enabled CX solutions to multinational enterprises and drive end-to-end opportunity cycles.

In this role you will plan territory and account strategies, manage forecasting with cross-functional teams, and lead campaigns to convert high-quality leads while showcasing Cyara's value and negotiating favorable terms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Track record of reaching $2M+ annual quota.
• Experience selling CX/CC, AI-backed solutions preferred.
• Experience selling across UKI/EMEA region.
• Strong stakeholder mapping and complex negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive plan to achieve quotas with Territory Planning, Account Planning, and Close/Win Planning.
• Regularly update and maintain planning tools for cross-functional deal reviews.
• Manage your time and calendar to complete essential tasks and responsibilities.
• Identify buyers and drive outbound campaigns with high-quality leads.
• Articulate Cyara's value and negotiate contracts with customers.
