Job summary

Cyara, the leading Automated CX Assurance Platform, is seeking an Account Executive for North America New Logo. You will own the full sales cycle, engage key decision-makers, and position Cyara’s solutions as the go-to CX platform for customer journeys.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of proven SaaS sales, a hunter mentality, and the ability to close high-value deals. Remote NA work is supported, with a preference for Pacific or Mountain time zones.

Qualifications

3+ years of proven SaaS sales experience.
Hunter mentality and resilience in pursuing new business.
Ability to engage C-suite and senior leaders.
Experience managing high-value, complex sales cycles.
Technical aptitude to translate product capabilities into business value.
Strong time management in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).

Responsibilities

Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close for net new logos.
Develop and execute territory plans to exceed quota.
Identify and engage buyers, including C-suite executives, within target organizations.
Conduct discovery calls and presentations to articulate Cyara’s value proposition.
Leverage multi-channel outreach to generate high-quality opportunities.
Maintain a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting within a 10% margin.
Negotiate and close deals using a consultative approach.
Stay ahead of market trends and keep CRM data current.
