Job summary

IDB Bank in New York is seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Management professional to overhaul governance, reporting, and framework development. You will own executive risk reporting, ICAAP support, and the bank-wide policy governance program while coordinating across Internal Audit, Finance, Strategy, and broker‑dealer subsidiaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science/Data, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• 7–10+ years ERM/operational risk or regulatory governance in banking/capital markets.
• 10–13+ years progressive leadership in ERM frameworks and risk reporting.

Responsibilities

• Modernize Policy & Procedure Governance using RSA Archer and SharePoint for repository and metadata tagging.
• Migrate existing procedures into standardized templates and monitor notifications via Archer.
• Produce quarterly compliance and risk reports for senior leadership and committees.
• Coordinate monthly CRO report packages across risk managers and lines of defense.
• Lead end-to-end EPS reporting and liaise with Internal Audit, Finance, Strategy, and subsidiaries.
• Oversee and administer Archer GRC platform workflows and issue management.
• Support ICAAP building blocks and capital planning activities.
• Participate in AI risk framework development and governance.
