  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional risk projects, regulatory remediation tasks, and strategic risk analyses as directed by leadership.
Issue Management & Archer GRC Administration
  • Oversee and enhance the bank-wide Issue Management process to ensure timely identification, root-cause analysis, remediation tracking, and validation of audit, regulatory, and self-identified issues.
  • Serve as the business administrator/process manager for the Archer GRC platform, optimizing workflows, managing system enhancements, and troubleshooting operational issues.
  • Participate in the annual review, calibration, and maintenance of the bank’s Risk Appetite Statement and risk limits.
  • Provide credible, independent review and challenge during Risk Profile Assessments and risk identification exercises.
